The Healthcare Management Team at Lima Memorial Health System oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of key health services and programs within the organization. Comprised of roles such as the Medical Director Of Inpatient Acute Dialysis Unit, Biomed Manager, Clinical Manager, and Division Chief Nephrology, the team ensures that clinical operations are efficient, align with the highest standards of patient care, and comply with regulatory requirements.
