Emma Caradine-Taber

Emma Caradine-Taber is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Lima One Capital since September 2022, after previously holding the role of Learning and Development Specialist. Prior to this, Emma worked at Aflac as an Account Executive and Sales Trainer from June 2020 to August 2022. Emma began a career in education as an Elementary School Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools from August 2017 to June 2020. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Emma graduated from Patuxent High School with a High School Diploma in 2013.
