Josh Schwartz

Josh Schwartz is a Business Development Manager for the Pacific Northwest at Lima One Capital, LLC. Prior to this role, Josh served as a principal at The JW Development Group focusing on the acquisition, design, management, and disposition of projects centered around urban infill and reuse of the urban grid. With experience in private lending consultancy, brokerage, wealth management, and lumber brokerage, Josh has a diverse background in the finance and real estate industries. Josh is an alumnus of Oregon State University.
