Matt Lineberger is currently serving as the Senior Sales Manager at Lima One Capital, LLC since May 2014. In addition to this role, Matt is also the President of Hazel Creek Properties LLC, a position Matt has held since June 2006. Matt has a strong background in acquiring, managing, leasing, and renovating commercial and residential investment properties. Prior to their current positions, Matt worked as a Sales Consultant at Woods Residential Investors and as an Assistant Builder at David Weekley Homes. Matt received their education from The University of Georgia from 2000 to 2004.
