Vincent Gagneur

Vincent Gagneur currently serves as the Responsable des Affaires sociales et du Développement RH at Limagrain Europe since November 2018, overseeing social affairs and HR development initiatives. In May 2022, Vincent also began a role as an Animateur at La Fresque du Climat. Previously, Vincent was the Public Affairs Manager at Limagrain from October 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included shaping public affairs strategies and managing crisis communications. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Communication & Institutions, where Vincent engaged in political analysis and strategy implementation, and a Lecturer position at Sciences Po focusing on lobbying techniques. Vincent holds a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and has further education in International Relations and Public Law from notable institutions.
