Julia Burrows

Julia Burrows is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in physical therapy and wellness. Currently serving as a Care Navigator and Physical Therapist Assistant at Limber Health since March 2024, Julia contributes to a digital health platform that enhances musculoskeletal care through a hybrid model. Additionally, Julia has been a Personal Trainer at Kickoff since January 2022 and has owned Studio J since May 2011. Julia also held the position of Assistant Rehab Director at Maple Ridge Care Center from April 2017 to October 2019 and worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at OSF St. Anthony’s Medical Center in the summer of 2016. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Fitness from Minot State University and an Associate of Health Sciences in Physical Therapy Assistant from Southwestern Illinois College.
