Shannon Tatz

Shannon Tatz is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Limble CMMS and Go1, where oversight spanned finance, accounting, tax, treasury, legal, IT, and operations across international teams. Prior to these positions, Tatz served as Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations at Klaviyo, focusing on financial planning and public readiness, and held similar roles at Auth0, leading IPO preparation and investor relations. Tatz's earlier career at PROS involved significant achievements in investor communications and M&A strategy, complemented by impactful positions in pricing and promotional strategies at Cricket Communications.
