Jaime Zapata

Jaime Zapata is a seasoned sound designer and mixer with over 25 years of experience in the audio industry, currently serving as a Senior Sound Designer and Mixer at Lime Studios since May 2023. Zapata founded Evo Post in April 2023, dedicated to continuing the legacy of Tono Studios through professional sound design and audio services. As President of Ediciones Coquito USA, LLC since March 2006, Zapata oversees the publishing of Coquito Clásico, an influential educational resource for children in Spanish-speaking regions. Previously, Zapata was the Owner and Chief Sound Engineer at Tono Studios from July 2007 to April 2023, where the studio gained prominence for exceptional audio-post services in both Hispanic and General markets. Early career experience includes roles at various audio production companies in Peru and the United States, alongside degrees in Recording Engineering and Business Administration.
