Shardule Shah, PhD, MBA, has an extensive work experience starting with their role as a Co-founder and CEO of Lime Therapeutics, a drug discovery company focused on developing therapies for cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Shardule was responsible for establishing the company, which was spun out from Dr. Dan Heller's Nanomedicine Lab at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Later, Shardule pursued the Harvard Blavatnik Fellowship for Life Sciences Entrepreneurship at Harvard University. This program provided support and mentorship for building promising life science ventures, during which Shardule continued to develop Lime Therapeutics.

Shardule also participated in the Endless Frontier Labs program as a graduate. This 9-month program aimed at translating breakthrough science into successful businesses through mentorship, venture capital, and business development. Shardule worked with senior executives from Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, and top venture firms to scale the success of Lime Therapeutics.

Prior to their entrepreneurial pursuits, Shardule gained experience in the industry, working at Roche as a Manager of Clinical Studies, and at Lucira Health, where they held roles as a Manager and Associate of Clinical Trials and Regulatory Affairs.

Furthermore, Shardule served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Academic Science Journal Editors, a role focused on formulating strategic plans for the organization.

Shardule began their career as a Research Technician at the University of Pennsylvania.

Shardule Shah, PhD, MBA has an extensive education history. Shardule obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University in 2007. Shardule then pursued further studies and earned their Master of Science (M.S.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania between 2007 and 2009. Seeking to expand their knowledge and skills, they went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology and Molecular Pathogenesis at Emory University, completing their degree in 2016. In 2020, Shardule Shah enrolled in Harvard Business School and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2022.
