Shardule Shah, PhD, MBA, has an extensive work experience starting with their role as a Co-founder and CEO of Lime Therapeutics, a drug discovery company focused on developing therapies for cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Shardule was responsible for establishing the company, which was spun out from Dr. Dan Heller's Nanomedicine Lab at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Shardule began their career as a Research Technician at the University of Pennsylvania.
