Cecilia Juárez Nunes has a diverse work experience spanning various HR roles and industries. Cecilia is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lime, where they serve as the first point of contact for managers across 12 countries and provides strategic guidance on HR matters. Prior to this, they were an HR Generalist and Internal Communications at ZEISS Medical Technology for three years.

Cecilia has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ALTEN SPAIN, where they were responsible for recruiting profiles in automotive engineering, industrial and building engineering, and pharma and healthcare sectors. Cecilia Juárez Nunes has a diverse education history. In 2000, they completed their high school education at Colegio Santa Rosa de Lima, obtaining a Bachiller en Ciencias. Starting in 2012, Cecilia pursued their passion for psychology and enrolled at Universidad Metropolitana. Cecilia successfully completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology in 2016.

Continuing their educational journey, in 2018, Cecilia attended EAE Business School, where they pursued a Master's degree in Dirección de Recursos Humanos. During their time there, they focused on the field of study in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. Cecilia completed their Master's program in 2019.

To enhance their skillset, Cecilia obtained a certification in People Analytics from LinkedIn in March 2022.
