Charlie Tomlinson

Charlie Tomlinson is an experienced payroll professional currently serving as the Payroll Manager - EMEA at Lime since November 2025. Previously, Charlie held the role of Payroll Manager for EMEA & APAC at MongoDB from June 2021 to November 2025. Prior to that, Charlie was a Payroll Manager at Johnson Controls from October 2015 to June 2021 and worked as a Senior Payroll Coordinator at Itron for a brief period in 2015. Charlie began a career in payroll as an EMEA Payroll Specialist at EMC between September 2010 and April 2015 and worked as a Payroll Specialist at Phoenix Healthcare Distribution from December 2007 to June 2010. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics with Business & Management from The University of Manchester, completed between 2004 and 2007, and has foundational education from the Alice Smith School in Malaysia.
