Christina Michael

Christina Michael is an experienced professional in CRM and retention marketing, currently serving as the CRM & Lifecycle Lead at Lime since September 2023. Previously, Christina held the position of Associate Director, CRM at TodayTix Group from June 2022 to August 2023, where key responsibilities included optimizing ad-hoc campaigns across various channels and leading a global test and learn roadmap. Prior to that, Christina worked as a Senior Manager, CRM and Retention Marketing at DoorDash, focusing on the growth of the Canada CRM program. Christina's career also includes roles as Manager of Retention Marketing at Rebag, Marketing Specialist at Gilt, and various positions at Global Goods Partners, The NRMA, JACK, Elise Garland Public Relations, and The Hollard Insurance Company.
