Fran Fajardo

Fran Fajardo has extensive work experience in various industries. In 2010, they worked as a Técnico Electromecánico at Ford Motor Company for a brief period. Later in the same year, they worked as a Montador Mecánico at Feu Vert. In 2012, they gained experience as an Operario Montador Aeronáutico at Airbus. In 2014, Fran worked as an Operario Aeronáutico at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Grupo Renault España as an Operario Montador Caja Velocidades. In 2019, they joined Lime as a Lead Mechanic and then transitioned to a Team Leader role within the same company. In 2021, they worked as a Jefe de Equipo at Reby for a short period before rejoining Lime, this time as an Operations Lead. Currently, Fran holds the position of Senior Operations Lead at Lime.

Fran Fajardo obtained a degree in Técnico Electromecánico from Altaír between 2007 and 2010. In 2011 to 2012, Fran studied at Ifes and completed a program in Montador de instalaciones y esctructuras aeronáuticas. Additionally, in 2015, Fran attended Renault Formación where they received training as a Montador De Vehículos y Elementos Mecánicos. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, Fran was enrolled at Redes Sevilla, where they completed a program as an Operario Aeronáutico II.
