Kellie McCollum Assoc. CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies.

Starting in 2011, Kellie worked as a Deputy Manager at Bar-One Racing for almost five years, until December 2015.

In 2016, Kellie took on the role of Administrative Assistant at Sherry FitzGerald Carroll for eight months.

During the same year, Kellie also joined Dunnes Stores as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for payroll, staff rostering, and recruitment. This role lasted until April 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Kellie worked as an HR Advisor at Cushman & Wakefield, supporting a large-scale integration project following the acquisition by C&W Global. Their responsibilities included HRIS data migration, payroll transition, and streamlining of processes and procedures. Kellie also provided guidance and mentoring to line managers at all levels.

Currently, Kellie is employed at Lime as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, since May 2021. Additionally, they hold the position of People Operations Program Manager - EMEA, starting from January 2023.

Kellie McCollum Assoc. CIPD completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Maynooth University from 2012 to 2015. In 2018, they pursued further education at Dorset College, where they obtained a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in Human Resources.
