Kelly Sung has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kelly started their career as a Sales Assistant at Hutchinson Nursery in 2014. Kelly then moved on to Open Access BPO, where they held the positions of Customer Service Manager and VIP Customer Service Manager from 2015 to 2017. At Open Access BPO, they were responsible for meeting departmental objectives, troubleshooting for teams and clients, and monitoring real-time data. In 2019, Kelly joined Lyft as a Bilingual Senior Operations Associate and later became a Senior Operations Lead. Kelly worked at Lyft until 2022. Currently, they are working as an Operations Coordinator at Lime.
Kelly Sung earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language from Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification in Serve It Right from go2HR - the resource for people in tourism in May 2019.
