Patrycja Łepkowska-Nosal

Patrycja Łepkowska-Nosal has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Sales Consultant at Holmes Place Poland. In this role, they generated leads, arranged meetings, developed marketing and sales strategies, and built relationships with customers.

Patrycja then worked as a Junior Legal and Tax Consultant at Russell Bedford Poland from October 2017 to June 2018, followed by a brief stint as a Tax Consultant at Accreo from June 2018 to September 2018.

From September 2018 to September 2019, they served as an Assistant to the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology. In this role, they supported the development of several international investments in Poland, organized conferences and business meetings, and collaborated with various organizations and funds.

In 2019, Patrycja joined EY as a Consultant, where they worked until April 2021.

Currently, they are employed at Lime, starting as a Regional Rider & Growth Coordinator in the DACH-EE-MEA region from May 2021 to September 2021. Patrycja then transitioned to the role of Growth Manager - Central Operations from October 2021 to September 2022, and is currently working as a Growth Manager - Global Operations.

Patrycja Łepkowska-Nosal completed their Master's degree in Law from Kozminski University, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. In 2016 and 2017, they also studied U.S Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence at the University of Warsaw. In 2019 and 2020, they pursued executive studies in the Management Program in Corporate Finance at Kozminski University.
