Pierce Winters

Pierce Winters is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Legal Counsel for Lime, focusing on the Americas and APAC since February 2022, Pierce previously worked as Senior Associate Counsel for Morning Consult, specializing in contracts and privacy. Prior to that, experience as Deputy General Counsel at the Office of Management and Enterprise Services included advising the Chief Information Officer and managing cybersecurity-related legal matters. Earlier roles included Assistant Public Defender at the Oklahoma County Public Defender's Office and judicial externships at the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Pierce holds a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University.
