Andy Ip

Andy Ip has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andy started their career at Limelight Networks as a Data Center Technician, where their responsibilities included monitoring, testing, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as assisting with network design and installation.

In 2014, Andy joined The Mighty PC as a Senior Computer Technician. Here, they specialized in customizing repurposed PCs for educational institutions, small businesses, and organizations. Andy provided tech support, managed inventory, and helped over 3,000 entrepreneurs and businesses secure repurposed computers.

Andy also worked at Gyms Across Phoenix as a Group Class Instructor for Body Combat from 2015 to 2018. Their duties included physically instructing classes, motivating and educating members on proper forms and movements, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Andy also gained experience at Glendale Area Public Library as a Library Page and Student Library Assistant. In these roles, Andy provided desktop support, assisted library patrons with software and hardware issues, conducted research services, and trained new students in library functions.

Additionally, Andy had an internship at Honeywell as an Export Compliance Intern in 2003. Andy supported the senior globalization engineer, performed data-input functions, and maintained employee information for international provisions.

Andy Ip has received a Certificate of Achievement in Accounting with a field of study in Global Business from Glendale Community College. Andy is currently pursuing a Certificate in Computer Hardware & Desktop Support from Mesa Community College.
