Tom founded and leads Limetree. Over the last two decades, he has lived and worked with a passion to equip businesses with insights that lead to process innovation and profitability. That passion was brought to life over the course of his career in sales and marketing, and ultimately in his entrepreneurial ventures.
Having successfully opened new markets for multiple marketing service companies, and as the Founder of Limetree, Tom has an established track record of taking concepts from initial ideation to market penetration and profitability. A consistent theme has been Tom’s ability to identify gaps in current market solutions and deliver improved processes that leverage research, data, and technology.
A selfless attitude and growth mindset have allowed him to build strong and loyal teams and constantly challenge the status quo to deliver results that are impactful, measurable and people-centric, whether he’s working with a client, a team member or in the community.
Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from the University of Texas and a certification from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He enjoys spending time with his family, supporting youth leadership initiatives, and serving his local community as a founding board member of StepLink, a non-profit organization that seeks to provide education and job opportunities for minorities in STEM fields.
