Sara Tollestrup

Sara Tollestrup has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sara began their career in 2013 as a Research Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at the MIT Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research. From 2016 to 2017, Sara worked as a Digital Health Technologies and Data Sciences Intern at Biogen and a Technology Associate Intern at Bridgewater Associates. In 2017, they also created and managed a group journaling web app used by 30 active users at MIT. In 2018, Sara joined Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as a Junior Business Analyst, Associate and later a Senior Business Analyst, VP. Sara is currently working as a Product Manager at Limio.

Sara Tollestrup graduated from Hilo High School in 2014 and subsequently attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering with a Minor in Writing in 2018.
