Svetlana Lisik is a seasoned Senior Producer at Bossa Games, leading the Lost Skies team of 20 developers and focusing on delivering player experience-oriented milestones. With extensive experience in project management, Svetlana manages sprint cycles, aligns team objectives with game vision, and maintains transparency in strategic roadmaps. Previously, Svetlana served as a Producer at Hi-Rez Studios, overseeing art asset production and coordinating with cross-functional teams. In addition to production roles, Svetlana contributes as a Mentor for junior producers and serves as an Ambassador for Women in Games. An accomplished Twitch partner, Svetlana has a robust foundation in linguistics, holding a Bachelor of Science from Voronezh State University.
