Shea McNamara

Co-Founder, Head of Sales at Limit

Shea McNamara has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they co-founded and served as the Head of Sales at Limit, a digital wholesale brokerage that uses cutting-edge technology to streamline deal-making processes for agent and carrier partners. Prior to Limit, Shea was a Founding Member at Coalition, Inc., a cyber insurance MGA, where they played a crucial role in building the distribution strategy and recruiting insurance and underwriting teams. Shea also worked as a Risk Management professional and a Senior Vice President at JLT Specialty.

Before that, Shea held various roles at Aon Risk Solutions, including Vice President of M&A Solutions in North America and Director of M&A Solutions in London, UK. They advised private equity firms on risk and human capital management across their investment portfolio, and attended the Aon Excellence Round Table as a top sales professional. Additionally, Shea worked as a Broker for Aon's Financial Services Group and as an Underwriter at AIG.

At the beginning of their career, Shea gained valuable experience in Business Sales at Dell. Overall, Shea's work experience showcases their expertise in sales, risk management, underwriting, and building successful strategies in the insurance industry.

Shea McNamara attended the American School in Japan from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a High School Diploma. Later, from 1995 to 1999, Shea studied at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
