Michelle Paterick

Michelle Paterick is an experienced education professional currently serving as the International Operations & School Coordinator at Limitless Horizons Ixil since October 2023. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a 4-H Youth Development Agent at The University of Georgia, where responsibilities included leading youth programs, managing volunteers, and developing educational activities. Previous roles include teaching marketing and entrepreneurship at Cedar Shoals High School and serving as Country Director for Real LEDGE Honduras, focusing on pedagogy development and professional training. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Turku and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia, supplemented by a study abroad experience in Costa Rica. The diverse background encompasses curriculum development, community engagement, and program evaluation, reflecting a commitment to youth development and education equity.
