Johanna Ude

Johanna Ude is a research scientist at LimmaTech Biologics AG since February 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including a doctoral student at the Biozentrum, University of Basel from April 2016 to August 2021, and a research assistant at the University of Potsdam from August 2014 to August 2015. Key skills include recombinant protein expression in E. coli, protein purification, NMR spectroscopy, and various biophysical and biochemical methods. Additionally, advanced microscopy techniques and expertise in both bacterial and human cell cultures have been developed through internships and research roles, including at CIML in 2013. Ude holds a PhD in Structural Biology from the Biozentrum, University of Basel, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Life Science from the University of Konstanz.
