Mohammad Qureshi

Mohammad Qureshi is a highly experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and transportation, currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Project Manager at LIN Consulting, Inc. since March 2021. Previous roles include Public Works Director for the County of Glenn and Traffic Engineer for the County of Monterey. Mohammad Qureshi held significant positions at the County of San Bernardino, where responsibilities included leading the Traffic Division, as well as serving as a Senior Project Manager and Regional Director at LIN Consulting. Academic contributions include serving as the first director of the Institute for Multimodal Transportation at Jackson State University and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri-Rolla. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee and both a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
