Alenka Zeme

Alenka Zeme has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alenka currently holds a position as a Staff Specialist Funding at Infineon Technologies, where they started in 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Manager of IP at LiNa Energy, starting in March 2023. From November 2021 to January 2023, they served as the Manager of IP and Grant-Funded Projects at the same company.

Before joining LiNa Energy, Alenka worked at London South Bank University as an Innovation Manager from April 2019 to November 2021. Alenka also gained experience as an Innovation Manager at Innvotek from September 2017 to April 2019. In this role, they were responsible for authoring and supporting the development of proposals, conducting market research, and leading brainstorming sessions.

Alenka'searlier experiences include working as a Product Engineer at Krka from August 2016 to September 2017, and as a Project Lead at Plasttechnics Cluster Slovenia from June 2014 to January 2016. During their time at Plasttechnics, Alenka was involved in marketing research and analysis, managing business relations, and conducting pilot experiments in the plastics industry.

Alenka also has relevant internship experiences at Charles University in Prague and the National Institute of Chemistry Slovenia.

Alenka Zeme is currently studying Intellectual Property Law at Brunel University London since 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Product Engineering as an ERASMUS Student Exchange at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Alenka also holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ljubljana. Additionally, Alenka has obtained certifications in Project Writing Emphasis from Canvas University and in Introduction to Time Management from ALISON Online Courses.
