Currently serving as Senior Project Manager and previously as Project Manager at Lina T. Ramey and Associates, Inc. since January 2011, Howard has developed a robust skill set in overseeing engineering projects. Prior to this role, Howard worked as a Project Engineer at Kennedy Consulting, Ltd / JMT Inc. from June 2003 to January 2011. Howard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, earned between 1997 and 2003.
