Wayne Liao P.e.

Wayne Liao, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in roadway design and project management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Lina T. Ramey & Associates, Inc. since July 2020, Wayne previously worked as a Lead Engineer at WSP, where responsibilities included leading roadway tasks for TxDOT highway design projects. Earlier career roles include Project Engineer positions at Isani Consultants and AIA Engineers, Ltd., focusing on roadway and waterline design for various clients including the City of Houston and TxDOT. Wayne's foundational experience began with civil engineering roles at Bridgefarmer and Associates, along with internships at Aguirre & Fields, LP and Conti, Jumper, Gardner Associates. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2003 and 2007.
