Helena Wu

Helena Wu has had a progressive career in human resources, starting in 2001 as an HR Supervisor at a company called Ximenzi. Helena then worked at a company called Kelida as a Senior HR Specialist before moving on to Tenneco Automotive Shanghai Co., Ltd as a Recruiting Supervisor. In 2009, they became the Human Resources Manager at Tenneco China's Suzhou Facility. In 2010, they joined ZF Group as an HR Manager for the Occupant Safety System Product Line in the Asia Pacific region. During their time at ZF Group, they also served as the HR Manager for TRW Asia Technical Center. In 2017, Helena joined SKF Group as the HR Head in China, overseeing various business units and leading the HR team. Most recently, they were appointed as the Human Resources Director, Asia at Linamar Corporation in 2021.

Helena Wu holds a Bachelor's degree in International Chinese from East China Normal University.
