Hermanto Hioe M.Eng, P.Eng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Linamar since March 2003, Hermanto is skilled in launching new projects, business development, and leading customer communications. Previous roles at Linamar include Sr. Program Manager, Environmental Coordinator, and Project Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed preparing project proposals, conducting cost analyses, and managing continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with ISO 14001. Prior to Linamar, Hermanto worked as an Engineering Manager at Schlumberger, where expertise involved competitor analysis and product development in line with international standards. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Engineering (Cum Laude) in Mechanical Design and Thermodynamics from the University of Brawijaya.
