Joe Mota

Joe Mota has held multiple roles in the field of quality assurance and management. Joe started their career at Linamar in 1997 as a Quality Assurance employee and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they joined Cpk Interior Products as a Production Supervisor. The following year, they moved on to Sherwin Williams as a Plant Quality Manager. Since 2013, Joe has been with Linamar Corporation, where they initially served as a Quality Assurance Manager and is currently working as the Director of Quality.

Joe Mota attended Conestoga College from 2004 to 2008 and received a Certificate in Business and Leadership. Prior to that, they attended St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School from 1989 to 1993, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
