Aleksejs Ketovs

Aleksejs Ketovs is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment funds and regulatory matters. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at LINARI LAW FIRM since July 2017, Aleksejs advises international clients on diverse investment fund structures under various regulatory regimes, including UCITS and SIF. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at EY, where Aleksejs contributed to a significant EUR 40,000,000 real estate acquisition project, and positions at Credit Suisse, the European Central Bank, and the Court of Justice of the European Union, which involved providing legal support, drafting documentation, and conducting research. Aleksejs holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University and has undertaken additional legal studies in Luxembourg and The Hague.
