Tony Tinkler

Tony Tinkler is an experienced overhead linesman and cable jointing instructor with a career spanning several decades in the electrical services industry. Since February 2014, Tony has been with Linbrooke Services Ltd, where responsibilities include maintaining a safe training environment and instructing on low and high voltage conductors. Previous roles include working as an overhead linesman and cable jointer at Freedom Network Services and Balfour Beatty Power Networks, focusing on the refurbishment of overhead and underground HV systems. Earlier experience includes serving as a cable jointer at Walgrave Contracting Services and overseeing training as a Leading Seaman in the Royal Navy. Education culminated at Maltby Comprehensive School.
