Chris Cater

Chris Cater is an experienced Development Project Manager currently employed at Linc Cymru since July 2023. Previously, Chris served as a Quality Assurance Officer at United Welsh from May 2022 to July 2023 and held the position of Technical Development Surveyor and Clerk of Works at Valleys to Coast from April to December 2021. Chris also worked as a Senior Development Officer and Building Surveyor at Valleys to Coast Housing Limited from April 2016 to April 2021, and as a Surveyor/Site Manager/Project Manager at R and M Williams between September 2014 and March 2016. Prior experience includes self-employment as an Owner, Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and Tradesman in construction and landscaping from April 2009 to August 2014. Chris holds an HND in Construction Project Management from the University of South Wales, completed in 2009. Responsibilities include client liaison, contract programming, workforce organization, quality control monitoring, material procurement, site safety management, financial oversight, and problem-solving on-site issues.
