Mark Cunningham is an experienced IT Compliance Officer and Data Privacy Officer, currently semi-retired, with a strong background in implementing data protection processes in accordance with various regulations including UK-GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Mark has held roles at Linc Cymru and Cadwyn Housing Association, where responsibilities included delivering training and ensuring compliance with data protection laws. Previous positions include consultant and trainer focused on data protection for Cynon Taf Community Housing Group, founder of a regulated Claims Management Company, and positions at HM Revenue & Customs, where expertise in financial disputes and tax compliance was demonstrated. Mark holds a BSc in Engineering Technology from De Montfort University and a National Diploma in Technology from Activate Learning.
