Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams is a seasoned professional in housing development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Housing Development at Linc Housing since May 2025. Prior experience includes over 15 years at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where roles encompassed Director of Development and Senior Project Manager, managing significant projects such as an 88-unit family project in Long Beach and the $80M COMM22 project in San Diego. Earlier experience includes directing development at LNR Property Corporation, overseeing a range of retail, office, and industrial projects, as well as consulting for Forell/Elsesser Engineers and Eckland Consultants. Jeff Williams holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
