Kellie Phillips

Kellie Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resident services, currently serving as the Resident Services Field Supervisor at LINC Housing since October 2012. In this role, Kellie oversees and supports a team of field staff and volunteers, develops resident service practices across multiple communities, and engages in community assessment processes. Responsibilities include financial planning, program design, and building trusting relationships with residents to address their needs. Prior experience includes serving as a Sexual Assault Response Services Volunteer and Youth Education Volunteer, along with administrative support in a university setting. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
