Tiphaine Abarca

Tiphaine Abarca works at Linc Housing, where they have held various roles such as Community Outreach and Policy Manager, Outreach and Policy Specialist, Community Outreach Coordinator, and Corporate Development Associate. In these roles, they focus on building partnerships with various organizations to benefit Linc's residents and manage community relations. They also worked as a Community Assessment Associate in the LISC AmeriCorps Program, where they developed tools for project development and community engagement. In addition, they volunteered as an Administrative Assistant, assisting with donor lists and thank you letters. Prior to Linc Housing, they worked as a Grading Assistant at California State University, Long Beach, evaluating writing assignments for an upper-division course. Tiphaine holds a B.A. in International Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
