Mike Stanfield

Mike served as President of Miltec and Group Vice President of the Advanced Systems Group in Ducommun Inc., from 2009 till 2016, providing engineered products and high-tech proprietary systems for defense, aerospace and industrial applications.

Mr. Stanfield, worked Dynamics from 1980 -2009, where he was Senior Vice President. His last responsibly was for Strategic Direction and Corporate Development. Prior to that Mr. Stanfield led a technical division with work in Intelligence, Military RDT&E, space, and commercial sectors. Mr. Stanfield also served as President of iMs, a Dynetics subsidiary, providing software for drug testing and drug courts. He was also Chairman of the Board of DMD, a Joint Venture dedicated to the Space and Missile Defense Market.

Since retiring, Mr. Stanfield has joined the Board of Directors of Torch Technologies and served in a senior advisory role to Linc Research in both financial management and transitioning their proprietary technology to market. He has also served in a consulting role to General Atomics.

He was a founding member and served as Chairman and President of a non-profit company, Lincoln Village Preservation Corporation, refurbishing housing for low income residents in Huntsville’s historic Lincoln Village. He has served on the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Cummings Research Park Advisory Board. He has served on the American Heart Association Huntsville Heart Ball Executive.
