Avinoam Baral has a diverse background in public affairs, finance, and real estate. Currently working as an Associate at Lincoln Avenue Communities, they underwrite, execute, and close on new development and acquisition opportunities in the affordable housing sector. Prior to this, they held roles at HR&A Advisors and served as a Fellow in Public Affairs at Coro New York Leadership Center. They also have experience in wealth management through internships at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Society from UCLA, Avinoam brings a unique skill set to their work in various industries.
