Joel Otto

Joel Otto currently serves as Program Manager at Lincoln Avenue Capital, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joel held the title of Architectural Quality Control at Dominium from February 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing external design teams and conducting quality control reviews of construction documents. Joel's extensive experience also includes multiple positions in construction administration and architectural management at firms such as BKV Group, BCE Engineers, and ICI Design Group. Joel began the professional journey as an Architectural Draftsman at Close Associates Inc. after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Architecture from the University of Minnesota and an Associate degree in Architectural Technology from Minneapolis Technical College.
