Nick Bracco

Nick Bracco has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the real estate development industry. Nick is currently serving as the Vice President & Regional Development Partner at Lincoln Avenue Capital since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Vice President - Mid Atlantic Region at The Michaels Organization from August 2017 to September 2021. Nick also held the position of Vice President at Stratford Capital Group from September 2015 to August 2017. Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at AHC Inc. from January 2012 to September 2015. Nick began their career as a Development Director at Miller and Smith from January 2006 to January 2012.

Nick Bracco received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from George Mason University - School of Business. Nick then pursued further education and obtained an MSRE (Master of Science in Real Estate) from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
