Scott S. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the affordable housing and real estate development industry. Scott is currently the VP & Regional Project Partner for Lincoln Avenue Capital since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked for NOAH (Neighborhood of Affordable Housing) from 2019 to 2021 as a Real Estate Development, Acquisitions & Asset Management professional. In 2004, they founded S Development Consulting, LLC, where they served as a Housing Tax Credit Developer/Specialist for 16 years. Scott was also a VP - Real Estate Acquisitions/Development at Dakota Partners from 2018 to 2019 and the Director of Real Estate Development/Asset Management at Allston Brighton CDC from 2017 to 2018. Scott began their career as a Development Project Director at Conifer Realty, LLC from 1999 to 2004.

Scott S. attended Monroe Community College from an unknown start year up until 1993. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their college education, Scott S. has obtained two additional certifications. In April 2021, they became a Notary Public, which was granted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Furthermore, in May 2014, they received certification as an EPA/HUD Model Dust Sampling Technician from Environmental Education Associates, Inc.
