Ted Seely

Ted Seely is a seasoned professional in affordable housing development, currently serving as the Senior Project Manager for Northeast Regional Development at Lincoln Avenue Capital since April 2022. In this role, Ted supports property acquisitions, rehabilitations, refinancing, and new construction projects, while securing diverse financing sources including LIHTC and FHA loans. Previously, Ted held various positions at New Hampshire Housing, managing properties financed through multiple federal programs and overseeing operations of the LIHTC program. With a background that includes coordinating significant development projects at Dakota Partners and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, Ted has successfully closed numerous multi-family housing projects totaling over $645 million. Ted holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of Pittsburgh.
