Carlos Sierra has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, holding various roles in several companies. Carlos Sierra's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial and Systems Engineering, which they obtained from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1984 to 1988. Carlos then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management/Operations Research at The Ohio State University from 1989 to 1991. Following this, Carlos attended Stanford University from 1991 to 1992, where they obtained another Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. In addition to their formal education, Carlos also obtained a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Production & Inventory Control Society in 1993.
