Ryan F Johnson

Ryan F Johnson is a professional actor with extensive experience in theater and education. Since August 2000, Ryan has worked as a film actor and currently serves as an acting teacher at the Atlantic Theater Company, where Ryan teaches an 8-week scene study/playwriting course utilizing Practical Aesthetics techniques. In addition, Ryan is an actor with Lincoln Center Theater, conducting workshops that engage young theater professionals with classical texts, and also works as an actor/educator with Lincoln Center Education, providing coaching to educators on implementing educational strategies. Former experience includes roles as a literacy and educational specialist at Good Shepherd Services and as an acting teacher at Ifetayo Cultural Arts Organization. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Educational Theatre from New York University, as well as a Certificate in Acting from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Southern Methodist University.
