Jose Fernandez has over 10 years of experience in the IT field. Jose began their career in 2006 as an Onsite Service Engineer with WorldWide Tech Services, where they performed basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities, typically associated in an end-user environment. In 2014, they joined Dell as a Customer Service Engineer, where they provided on-site next-day break/fix service for Dell warranty customers and performed troubleshooting on all network and application issues. In 2015, they joined Nebraskaland as an IT Specialist, where they completed machine installations, Engineering Change Notices, and Hardware/Software upgrades. Since 2018, they have been working as a Managed Services Engineer with Lincoln IT.

Jose Fernandez attended Monroe College from 2012 to 2013 and earned an Associate's degree in Information Technology. Jose is currently enrolled at Monroe College and is expected to earn a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems in 2022.
