Joshua Henderson

Joshua Henderson serves as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Outside Chance Mentorships since May 2019. In addition, Joshua has held the position of Assistant Principal at Lincoln County School District since August 2017. Prior teaching roles include serving as a Biology Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from August 2015 to July 2020, an Honors Biology and Engineering Design III Teacher for Wake County Public School System from August 2013 to May 2015, and a Biology Teacher at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy from August 2011 to June 2013. Joshua earned a Master's degree in Secondary School Administration/Principalship from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2016 and 2018, and a degree in Biology and Secondary Education from Appalachian State University from 2007 to 2010.
