Andrew Blair

Andrew Blair, P.E., currently serves as Assistant Director-Engineer for Lincoln County since May 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Transportation Project Manager at the Oregon Department of Transportation from April 2018 to May 2022 and worked as a Civil Engineering Consultant at GeoDiga from June 2014 to August 2017, focusing on business development and interdisciplinary project management research. Andrew's experience includes significant positions such as Liaison Officer and Project Manager at Ramboll, Senior Tunnel Engineer for the Chennai Metro Rail Project at Mott MacDonald India, and Tunnel Engineer at Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology Management from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Oregon State University.
