Kenneth Lipp

Kenneth Lipp currently serves as the Public Information Officer for Lincoln County since April 2023 and has been a Board Member for Lincoln Community Dispute Resolution, a volunteer role since December 2021 that focuses on peaceful dispute resolution in Lincoln County.
